Maurizio Termini was born in Ragusa on 21 November 1968.
He pursued university studies in Civil Engineering (Transport section) at the University of Catania. He is a self-employed professional and is registered with the Order of Engineers of Ragusa.
In the early years of his career he carried out techno-scientific research at the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Catania (study of the inertisation of toxic-hazardous sludge from the industrial wastewater treatment plant in Syracuse and study of an algorithm for managing pollution in aquifers).
Among the assignments he has carried out are:
- Territorial Information System of the Municipality of Paternò
- Urban traffic plan of the Municipality of Paternò
- Design of the freight terminal of the Industrial Development Area of the Municipality of Ragusa
Today he is President of a certification body operating in the fields of quality, environment, safety and energy.
